Consultant Onboarding Policy
1. General Overview
- 1.1 These Terms and Conditions govern the onboarding and engagement of independent consultants with Arch Point Wellness Pvt. Ltd. (“Company”).
- 1.2 By onboarding with the Company, the Consultant agrees to abide by these Terms and Conditions as well as any guidelines, policies, or amendments issued by the Company.
2. Consultant's Roles and Responsibilities
- 2.1 The Consultant shall provide services in their area of expertise (Astrology, Physiotherapy, Healing, etc.) to the Company’s clients under the Company’s brand name.
- 2.2 The Consultant shall ensure that all services rendered are in compliance with professional standards, ethical practices, and local regulations.
- 2.3 The Consultant is required to maintain confidentiality regarding client information and Company policies.
- 2.4 The Consultant must report all completed sessions and client feedback to the Company as per the agreed schedule.
3. Onboarding Requirements
- 3.1 Documentation: Consultants must submit valid identification, certifications, and proof of expertise (e.g., degree, license, or equivalent).
- 3.2 Background Verification: The Company reserves the right to conduct background checks to validate credentials and ensure client safety.
- 3.3 Agreements: Consultants must sign an agreement outlining specific deliverables, payment terms, and responsibilities before commencing services.
4.Payment and Fees
- 4.1 Payment for services shall be processed on a mutually agreed schedule, subject to the Consultant’s submission of accurate records.
- 4.2 Consultants shall be compensated as per the fee structure defined in their agreement.
- 4.3 Any applicable taxes (e.g., GST or income tax) will be deducted as per government regulations.
5. Code of Conduct
- 5.1 The Consultant is expected to behave professionally and uphold the values of Arch Point Wellness Pvt. Ltd.
- 5.2 Misconduct, fraudulent behavior, or non-compliance with ethical practices will result in immediate termination of the association.
- 5.3 Consultants are prohibited from directly soliciting Company clients or sharing Company proprietary information with third parties.
6. Confidentiality and Data Protection
- 6.1 Consultants agree to keep all client and Company information confidential during and after their association with the Company.
- 6.2 Any data shared with the Consultant must be used solely for providing services as agreed.
7. Termination
- 7.1 Either party may terminate this engagement with 30 days’ written notice.
- 7.2 The Company reserves the right to terminate the Consultant immediately in case of misconduct, breach of confidentiality, or violation of these Terms and Conditions.
8.Indemnity
- 8.1 The Consultant shall indemnify and hold harmless the Company against any claims, liabilities, or damages arising out of their professional conduct or breach of these Terms and Conditions.
9. Dispute Resolution
- 9.1 Any disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved through mutual discussion.
- 9.2 If disputes cannot be resolved amicably, they will be subject to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, in [City], India.
10. Miscellaneous
- 10.1 These Terms and Conditions may be updated from time to time. The Consultant will be notified of any changes.
- 10.2 Consultants shall not represent themselves as employees of the Company.
